Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 211(FIN) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 5. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, CSHB 211(FIN) am was returned to second reading. Amendment No. 5 was offered by Representative Rokeberg: Page 4, lines 1 and 5, following "the": Insert "documented" Page 5, lines 22 - 23: Delete "determine the appropriate costs allowed and determine the appropriate amount of higher deductible, copayment, or premium" Insert "require the managed care entity to recalculate the appropriate costs allowed and resubmit the appropriate deductible, copayment, or premium to the director" Page 7, line 12: Delete "regarding" Insert "that directly identifies" Page 7, line 13, following "plan": Insert "and that relates to the provision of health care to the applicant or to the covered person or former covered person" Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 5 be adopted.
